中国高校国际人道法模拟法庭比赛是由红十字国际委员会东亚地区代表处和中国红十字会联合举办、中国国际人道法国家委员会协办，旨在中国大陆高校传播国际人道法知识，从2007年开始已经举行了五届。每届比赛的前三名高校代表队将前往中国香港参加每年在那里举行的由香港红十字会和香港大学等联合举办的亚太高校国际人道法模拟法庭比赛。中国赛区的比赛每年都吸引包括中国政法大学、北京大学、中国人民大学、清华大学、厦门大学、外交学院、武汉大学在内的十几所国内知名高校参加，竞争非常激烈。比赛模拟国际刑事司法审判，分为初赛、半决赛以及总决赛。初赛中26支参赛队伍轮流作为控、辩两方。两场初赛过后，各队按照积分排名，积分为口头辩论的得分与赛前所提交的书状得分相加，前8名进入半决赛的角逐。本次赛事共有26支队伍参赛，这是历届参加学校最多的一次,8号为第一轮和第二轮的预赛，9号上午为四分之一决赛及半决赛，下午为冠亚军争夺赛，参赛队伍均为赛前抽签决定本场次比赛的对手，具体比赛地点请参照下面的日程安排。请有兴趣的同学选择场次旁听。
