Job Descriptions and Requirements
Legal Specialist
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents in Chinese and English;
-Support litigation in China;
-Other legal affairs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
-Bachelor degree or higher in Law;
-At least three year proven working experience with Chinese local law firm or multinational corporations;
-Solid knowledge of contract, intellectual, property, corporate and employment law of PRC;
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
-Initiative, high integrity and team working spirit, strong sense of responsibility;
-Fluent in both oral and written Chinese and English.
