Joshua Karton，获得耶鲁大学Political Science and Humanities文学学士学位、哥伦比亚大学JD学位，剑桥大学PHD学位，现于加拿大皇后大学法学院任教，主要教授的课程有国际商事仲裁、商法、合同法及冲突法，著有“The Culture of International Arbitration and the Evolution of Contract Law”等书，并在“International Business Law Journal”等知名刊物上发表多篇文章。
